Leading experts from New Zealand will be at the Forum. The Forum will be officially opened by the New Zealand High Commissioner. The following professionals will be present at the forum:

David Cooper – Director, Client Service, Malcolm Pacific Immigration

David has been in the immigration industry for over 30 years and is a licensed immigration adviser. Originally an Immigration Officer. David is experienced in successfully navigating high net worth individuals through the migration process and his firm is the leading team of immigration experts in New Zealand. David is currently the chair of the New Zealand Immigration Institute and sits on a number of government immigration related reference groups.

Jason Watson – Regional Manager, ANZ Bank 

Jason has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector, including roles in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Currently Jason’s primary role is to lead the Auckland and Northland based team that focuses on the wealth needs of the Bank’s most highly valued clients. Jason also holds positions on the bank’s Management Advisory Board and Investment Management Committee which is tasked with the responsibility in making decisions on the management of over NZ$8 billion of client funds.

Chris Bayley – International Director, Bayleys Real Estate 

Chris Bayley has over 35 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate with Bayleys New Zealand.Chris is Bayleys International Director and coordinates offshore activities especially through the Asian and Australasian markets. Chris regularly travels to China, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Australia providing insights into the New Zealand property market and visiting Bayleys vast network of existing clients.

Nee Cullum – Head of Asian Private Banking, ANZ Bank

Nee Cullum, originally from Malaysia, has been working for ANZ Bank in New Zealand for over 20 years. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the National Asian Private Banking Team. She oversees investment funds of over NZ$2 billion, in which her team manage, protect and grow the wealth of ANZ’s high value Asian clients – locally and internationally. She has been instrumental in laying the foundations of Asian Private Banking in New Zealand.

Andrew is Managing Principal of the Asia Business Division at Crowe Horwath. He also has considerable expertise in all areas of taxation, with a particular focus on international business structuring. He provides specialist strategic advice relating to inbound and outbound investments.

Andrew is President of the Hong Kong New Zealand Business Association (HKNZBA). He has worked with many Asian businesses and migrants establishing themselves in New Zealand.

Kenneth has over 15 years experience as a trusted advisor, and has a track record of facilitating business transactions across cultures, from deal origination to execution. He advises senior business people across many industries, with a particular focus on Agriculture, Education and Technology.

Kenneth is the Vice-Chairman of The ASEAN New Zealand Business Council, actively promoting links between ASEAN and New Zealand.

Dan has a background in government administration and is a licensed immigration adviser. He leads a team of licensed advisers who manage visa requirements for New Zealand blue chip firms and investor migrants.

Nick ArathimosNick Arathimos, Director- Investment, Immigration New Zealand

Nick’s role is to promote NZ as a location for both investment and residence. Nick’s previous roles include Director Board and Stakeholder Engagement at Education New Zealand (ENZ).

Nick has also held a range of positions at NZ Trade and Enterprise, the NZ Government Agency responsible for the promotion of International Trade and attraction of Foreign Direct Investment. He has worked in Asia for over 11 years at various times in diplomatic roles at NZ Embassies.
